During Ishbal war, a lot of State Alchemists were forced to commit some atrocious acts...
This is the reason why Alex Louis Armstrong, the Strong Arm alchemist, disobeyed to military command and came back to Central City.

C'est une facette de la personnalité de Alex Louis Armstrong que j'aime le plus. Même en tant que militaire, il a préféré quitter le champ de bataille plutôt que de continuer à ôter la vie de pauvres innocents.
